# Privacy Policy

> This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected when you visit the Division website, how this data is used, and your rights.

## Data we collect

Our website collects only the data you submit directly to us; it does not profile your browsing or track you.

We collect data through two forms:

You can find detailed information on the processing of this data under KVKK in [our Data Protection Notice](https://divisionlab.ai/en/data-protection-notice).

- Contact form: full name, company, role or title if any, email address, and message content.
- Newsletter form: email address only.

## How we use the data

We use your data solely to fulfill the request you submit: the information in the contact form to respond to your request, and the email address in the newsletter subscription to share our content.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

For now, the form data you send is only received technically and acknowledged; it is not yet stored in a database or forwarded by email. We will update this policy once our delivery infrastructure is ready.

## Cookies and local storage

Our website uses only the technical cookies that its functionality requires; it does not use cookies for advertising or analytics.

The Laravel session cookie maintains your session for the duration of your visit. The CSRF cookie protects form submissions against forgery attempts. These two cookies are necessary for the site to work.

On the contact page, Google reCAPTCHA is loaded to protect the form against automated submissions. That service may set its own cookies on the google.com domain. These cookies serve security purposes; they are not used for advertising or profiling, and they come into play only on the contact page.

Beyond these, we store your cookie preference in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) under the key division.cookie-consent. This preference stays in your browser and is not sent to our servers.

Since there is no advertising or analytics tracking cookie on the site, your cookie preference serves as preparation for the future addition of analytics.

## Third-party services

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services on our website; our pages contain no analytics tool, tracking pixel, social media tracker, or external content delivery network call.

The only third-party service we use is Google reCAPTCHA, which protects the contact form against unwanted automated submissions. Its provider is Google LLC (USA). The service loads only on the contact page and, for verification, sends your IP address, browser information, and in-page interaction data to Google’s servers. The content of the form itself is not shared with Google.

Our other pages do not send data to external servers in the background; all loaded assets are served from our own domain.

If we add an email service or analytics tool in the future, we will update this section and clearly state which provider we use and for what purpose.

## Data security

We keep the personal data we collect to a minimum, requesting only the fields the relevant form requires.

Form submissions are secured with CSRF protection against forgery attempts.

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse.

## Your rights

You have the rights to access, correct, and erase your personal data and to object to its processing.

All of these rights and how to exercise them are explained in detail in [our Data Protection Notice](https://divisionlab.ai/en/data-protection-notice).

You may end your newsletter subscription at any time by writing to us.
