We place this reality at the center of how we work: with a methodology rooted in 28 years of enterprise transformation practice, we analyze organizations in depth and design solutions unique to each.

With every system we build, we develop teams’ capacity to think with AI, decide with data, and get work done. For us, the true measure of transformation is the organization making this capacity sustainable within itself.

We build transformation not as a one-off project but as a development curve that belongs to the organization. That curve can only be drawn from within: we work not like an outside consultant but like an AI transformation division sitting at the same table.

With a focus on psychology, innovation and entrepreneurship, he translates organizational needs into products, programs and learning architecture; he brings teams together with the right use cases and workable flows.

With 20 years of advertising practice and a neuromarketing perspective, he designs experiences for brands centered on human behavior and the psychology of decision-making; he keeps transformation consistent across every touchpoint of the organization.

**Founding Partner / Product and Technology**

A technical product leader who has founded companies at the intersection of insurance and AI and delivered startup exits, he brings to the table the depth in integration and productization needed to adapt AI to organizations.
